Headed the development of a data platform for a key player in the UK energy sector, supporting the transition towards the UK's net-zero emissions goal. I managed a cross-functional, cross-country team that delivered the MVP in 12 months. The data platform displays energy data in a visually compelling way to key industry players and demonstrates the future potential of transforming how the UK energy industry could use and interpret data to facilitate better planning for sustainable energy sources.
Begin Investment Journeys with Confidence
In response to the intensifying competition in retail banking, Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) undertook a digital transformation to meet the evolving needs of its expansive UK customer base (30+ million). In my role as Lead Product Owner at LBG's Innovation Lab in London, I managed both internal and external teams, steering the Direct-to-Consumer initiative from inception to execution. This initiative has resulted in significant enhancement of LBG's digital investment experience, aligning it more closely with customer expectations.

A bit about me
Moving from Taipei's media industry to London's financial sector and later to Seattle reflects life's twists and turns. My journey into Product Management, like many others, hasn't been linear; it's been marked by challenges, trials, errors, and unexpected changes. However, I've enjoyed the learnings and growth opportunities along the way.
Looking back, I've identified three core qualities that not only influence my approach to product strategy and product management but also how I problem-solve and shape my perspective on the world.
